For the moment, I have only uploaded the code that does the work and a CSS sheet that is used by the generated code in an aspx page.

Once I have cleaned up the form, I will upload the form designer code.

The Code generator dose not generate headers DOCTYPE tags, etc.. The code generated should be copied to an existing aspx page between the DIV tags created by the template. To use the CSS sheet, add it to your header or Master-page Header. The CSS sheet is basically the same one that VS 2010 generates when you create a new web application template, so if that is what your using there is no need to import the CSS sheet.

The code now generates complete .aspx pages as well as complete .vb code behind pages for the .aspx page.
